Sir Yongsoo Samuel Cho, KCR, had the honor of meeting esteemed members of the Knights of Rizal International Headquarters Supreme Council, distinguished leaders recognized for their gallantry, dedication, and commitment to service.
The gathering brought together respected individuals who continue to uphold the ideals of Dr. José Rizal through leadership, public service, and global cooperation. Joining Sir Cho were:
- Sir Jesus “Gary” Domingo, KGOR – Undersecretary for Civilian Security and Consular Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs
- Sir Ramon Jose L. Moreno, KGOR – National Chief of Staff, Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary
- Sir Miguel Bautista, KGOR – Secretary of the Trade and Development Board and Director for Intergovernmental Outreach and Support, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development

As the first Korean knight initiated into the Knights of Rizal and a Third Degree Knight Commander of Rizal (KCR), Sir Yongsoo Samuel Cho continues to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the Philippines and Korea while contributing to the organization’s mission of preserving Rizal’s legacy worldwide.
